Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring the glass bottle is well-protected with bubble wrap to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Palace

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our scent experts verify the product is unused and sealed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
